Our partner Ricardo Medina Salla participated yesterday in the “III Congresso Internacional CLAPEC – Mejores Prácticas e Innovación: Desafíos de Peritajes en América Latina”, held in São Paulo.

Ricardo was a speaker on the panel “La (sutil) frontera entre peritos, y abogados y cómo mejorar la colaboración entre ambos?”, in a discussion about the boundaries between the roles of experts and lawyers and how to enhance collaboration between these professionals.

The event brought together experts, legal experts, lawyers, and arbitrators from various Latin American countries to discuss best practices, innovation, and the main challenges facing expert testimony in the region.
