Isabel Loffredo has more than 15 years’ experience in handling Civil Law and its branches, as well as Registration Law, Urban Planning Law and Administrative Law latu sensu and applied to real estate issues, working on structuring and negotiating pure real estate deals and on the basis of banking-financial and capital market operations involving rights in rem and the most diverse activities and uses in urban and rural real estate.

Track record

– Structuring and negotiating, alongside Cidade Matarazzo, the naming rights contracts for Casa Bradesco de Criatividade.

– Structuring the real estate legal basis for the first successful Solar Energy CRI in the Brazilian market.

– Structuring of the real estate legal basis, constitution of real guarantees and the first fiduciary sales of sugarcane ratoons in CRA operations.

– Negotiation and acquisition of the former Odebrecht headquarters building on Marginal Pinheiros by Barzel Properties.

– Conducting audits aimed at the prior certification of real estate projects of different kinds – subdivisions, condominiums, real estate developments – and preparatory regularizations for securitization or fundraising by other structures in the Capital Market, aimed at financing and concluding such projects.

– Negotiation and acquisition of Hotel Fasano Itaim by Gafisa;

– Conducting audits of iron ore mines, ports and other assets of the former MMX group and real estate support for the acquisition of these assets by the Abu Dabi Sovereign Fund.
