With almost twenty years of experience and having been a partner at renowned Brazilian law firms, Allan brings a broad vision of the sector and expertise in public offerings, structured finance, and debt restructuring. Allan holds an LL.M. from University College London (UCL), specializing in International Banking and Finance Law.

With Allan’s arrival, FLH strengthens its position as one of the most specialized law firms in complex transactions involving debt, offering clients strategic and technical solutions aligned with market needs.
