Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados (FLH) announces the admission of Felipe Henriques Drygalla Moreira to its partnership, strengthening its civil and corporate litigation practice, with a strong emphasis on agribusiness. His integration as a partner is in line with the strengthening of an already consolidated practice at the firm, currently led by partners Nancy Gombossy de Melo Franco and Thiago Soares Gerbasi.
With over 10 years of experience, Felipe represents agribusiness clients in complex litigation involving credit recovery, contractual disputes, civil liability, possessory law, and other civil and business law matters. He has a distinguished practice in corporate insolvency and special situations, advising creditors and investors in cases involving judicial reorganizations, bankruptcies, and distressed assets. His practice also covers pre-litigation consulting, business advice, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of business contracts, especially in the agribusiness sector.
Felipe has been with FLH since its founding and has actively participated in consolidating the firm’s litigation and agribusiness practice. Prior to that, he worked at leading law firms and completed secondments at multinational agribusiness companies.
He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), a master’s degree in civil law also from the University of São Paulo (USP), and has additional training in corporate reorganization and bankruptcy from PUC-SP.
His admission to the partnership reaffirms FLH’s commitment to the career development of its professionals and strengthens the performance of a firm recognized as a benchmark in agribusiness in Brazil, especially in the prevention and resolution of highly complex litigation, with technical and strategic legal solutions aligned with the demands of the sector.
